The Parry Estate Kona Coffees are the best ever!
The choice of ideal Guatemala Typica seeds, the planting method, soil structure, climates, altitude and harvesting procedures, have led to the ultimate highest quality coffee in Kona.
The Parry Estate has also dedicated a lot of investments for the post-harvest structure and procedures, washing and pulping machines, drying patios and mechanical dryers, screen separators, densimetric selectors and ideal storage facilities, all to safeguard the top quality arriving from the fields.
All coffees are sun dried the mechanical dryers are a back up in case humid weather conditions become a factor. Only ripe cherries are picked and sent in for washing, pulping and drying. The final result as coffees are hulled from the pergaminio is the best taste and aroma of the Islands. Aloha!
Thanks to the new tissue management practice in the fields, the state of the art stainless steel equipment and the long term vision of Mr. John Parry, this exquisite and unique coffee will be available for years to come. The Parry Estate is within the absolute few plantations in Kona that is totally vertically integrated. The coffee beans only leave the estate in green and dry condition, ready for shipments to the most demanding markets.
